Half Day Immersive Retreat
 
Rediscover your inner light and reconnect with your heart with this half day immersive retreat that focuses on
the healing power of vibration and sound. Our mission is to create a sanctuary space where our guests 
explore the deeper meaning of their lives, connect with their inner selves and experience a deep sense of peace.
Welcome yourself home to your heart and begin your journey of healing and transformation. 

We begin our practice, with breath work connecting to our vital life force and to our Hearts. This helps us to connect to our inner spirit, open up our heart space, ground us and gain clarity of the mind. We will set an intention for our time together with a Sacred Cacao Ceremony and with the use of oracle cards, create a channeled message and conversation through Higher Self and from Spirit.  We will begin the journey home through the Heart to our Higher Selves as we expand deeper through the vibrations of Energy and Sound. At the end of our journey, we will gently return to our Sacred Space for integration and reflection. 

Your session work and objectives will be customized with breath work, meditation, Quantum energy healing and sound therapy and actionable items should you want the beginnings of a roadmap with ample time available to contemplate our day, our messages and insights.

A 3 hour, private, deeply personal healing session, intuitively guided by Master Vibrational Healer, Lissa Finelli
Your private experience includes:
*Breathework
*Intention-Setting Cacao ceremony

*Post - session quiet transition time to absorb any illuminations from your healing journey, talk or journal.
*Recommended: dress comfortably, bring water, a journal and pen, lite lunch.*
