About Lissa Finelli
A life shaped by curiosity, experience, and the willingness to keep evolving.
Lissa Finelli is the founder of HeartShine Healing, a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Sound Healer, Intuitive Guide, and integrative wellness practitioner whose path has moved through seemingly different worlds—and ultimately brought them together.
For more than two decades, Lissa built a career at ESPN and The Walt Disney Company, leading financial operations, enterprise initiatives, and teams across domestic and international markets. Her work required navigating complexity, bringing people together, listening beyond the immediate problem, and finding a way forward when the path wasn't always obvious.
Throughout those years, she also mentored and coached people at many levels of the organization, helping them navigate change, recognize their strengths, and grow with greater confidence. Those experiences strengthened abilities she carries into HeartShine today: deep listening, seeing connections others may overlook, encouraging possibility, and recognizing the person beyond the challenge in front of them.
At the same time, another part of Lissa's life was unfolding.
A lifelong curiosity about people, consciousness, the natural world, and the relationship between body, mind, energy, and intuition led her into years of personal exploration, study, and training across the healing arts. Rather than replacing one path with another, these experiences gradually came together, expanding how she understood what it means to care for the whole person.
In 2017, that convergence became HeartShine Healing.
Today, Lissa draws from massage and bodywork, sound, energy work, aromatherapy, intuitive guidance, meditation, and other supportive practices. Her approach blends professional training with intuition and attentive presence, allowing her to respond to the individual rather than follow a prescribed formula.
At the heart of her work is a simple belief: we each have the capacity to participate in the direction of our own lives.
Lissa doesn't see her role as having someone else's answers or solving their problems for them.
Instead, she creates opportunities to pause, experience something differently, notice what is asking for attention, and reconnect with the wisdom and choices already available within.
Sometimes that begins with rest.
Sometimes with a new perspective.
Sometimes through sound, conversation, quiet, laughter, or the courage to make a different choice.
There is room for all of it—and for each person to find what resonates with them.
That philosophy continues to shape HeartShine: honoring the whole person, welcoming different perspectives, and creating space for greater presence, curiosity, and possibility.
Because shining from within isn't about becoming someone else.
It's about living more fully as yourself.
