Sessions may incorporate Swedish massage, deeper therapeutic techniques, focused work, and gentle stretching, with pressure and areas of focus adjusted throughout your session.

MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
$80 · 30 Minutes | $125 · 60 Minutes
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, rhythmic technique that encourages lymphatic flow
and supports the body’s natural movement of fluid. It may help reduce swelling and fluid accumulation while supporting comfort and recovery when appropriate.
A 30-minute session is ideal for focused work in a specific area,
while 60 minutes allows for more comprehensive support.
Because certain health conditions may make lymphatic drainage inappropriate,
individual needs and health history are reviewed before treatment.
ENHANCE YOUR MASSAGE

Add another layer to your massage experience with aromatherapy, warm salt stones,
or both, incorporated throughout your session as appropriate.
Aromatherapy
Essential oils selected to complement your session and create a personalized sensory experience. Magnesium oil may also be incorporated when appropriate for focused areas of the body.
Warm Salt Stones
Smooth, warmed salt stones provide soothing heat that helps soften the tissues and allows therapeutic work to unfold with greater ease.
Enhancements are incorporated within your scheduled massage time and
do not extend the length of your appointment.
