SOUND HEALING

Settle in and allow sound and vibration to fill the space around you. As the pace of the outside world begins to soften, there is an opportunity to slow down, become more present and experience a deeper sense of rest and well-being.
Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, drums, and gong create an immersive journey through layers of tone and vibration that move throughout the room and around the body—inviting the mind to quiet as you simply listen and receive.
ENERGY WORK
$125 · 60 Minutes | $190 · 90 Minutes
Energy work is a gentle, non-invasive practice using light touch or hands held just above the body.
Rooted in Reiki-based practices and shaped by Lissa’s intuitive approach, the experience is quiet and unhurried—offering time to rest, receive, and notice what arises when there is less competing for your attention.
Sessions may support relaxation, self-awareness, emotional well-being, and an overall sense of ease.
Distance sessions are also available.
LIGHT & SOUND

A signature HeartShine experience pairing red and near infrared LED light with immersive sound.
Settle beneath the warm glow of full body light panels while crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, and other instruments create a soundscape around you. Experienced together, light and sound create a deeply restful, multi-sensory environment while supporting relaxation, muscular comfort, and circulation.
An experience that feels both enveloping and spacious, with nothing to do but settle in and receive.
