What should I expect during a session or experience?

Each HeartShine offering is unique and shaped by the experience you choose. Sessions are personalized with care, presence, and attention to your individual needs. Depending on the offering, you may experience deep relaxation, greater body awareness, emotional release, or a renewed sense of clarity and balance.

How should I prepare?

Come as you are. Comfortable clothing is recommended for sound, energy, and other non-massage experiences.

You’re welcome to arrive a few minutes early to settle in and transition from your day.

Are sessions offered in person or online?

Most HeartShine experiences are offered in person in Bethlehem, Connecticut, with select offerings available online.

Availability for online sessions is noted within individual service descriptions.

Do I need prior experience with sound or energy work?

Not at all. No prior experience is necessary. Each experience is guided in an approachable way and adapted to meet you where you are.

Booking & Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.  Major credit and debit cards are accepted through HeartShine Healing’s secure booking platform. Prepayment may also be made through Zelle or PayPal. Cash may be accepted for returning clients when arranged in advance. HeartShine Healing does not accept insurance.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

​Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment and no-shows may be charged the full session fee.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session so that subsequent appointments can begin on time. The full session fee will still apply.

Private Gatherings & Retreats

Private group experiences and retreats involve additional planning and preparation. Specific payment, cancellation, and rescheduling terms will be provided during the booking process.

Health & Wellbeing

HeartShine Healing services are intended to support relaxation, self-awareness, and overall wellbeing. They are complementary in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or other licensed healthcare.
